If you are divorced, are you ready for a second marriage Singapore?
On average, I handle about 200 divorce cases in Singapore every year. The divorce process may not be easy, especially if it is a contested divorce. If you do not have an agreement with your spouse on all the issues, you may have to go through a few rounds of mediation in order to reach a settlement. The process can be draining.
After the divorce, you will have to depend on yourself. If you have sole care and control of your children, you will be responsible for almost all aspects of their lives. If you decide to retain the matrimonial home, you will need to take care of the outstanding mortgage loan.
With so much on your plate, is it then possible to enter into a second marriage Singapore?
Jennifer Garner
Jennifer Garner is starting a new life as a single mom. She commenced divorce proceedings against Ben Affleck on 13 April 2017. The couple asked for joint custody of their 3 children- Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8 and Samuel, 5. They are ready to be co-parents.
Garner has 3 upcoming films and is busy with her career. According to sources, she has not begun to think about dating someone else. The insider said it will take some time before Garner does. In her mind, Affleck is still the love of her life.
The insider said: “she seems happy to be single and able to move forward. She has a very positive attitude about the future.”

As a family lawyer, I feel it is really important to get organized after your divorce. You will not be thinking about getting a second marriage Singapore unless you are already seeing someone else.
However, keep that option open!
Next time you fall in love, you will know better what to do.
